Such a friendly and helpful store. It would be nice if it were bigger so they could stock more items though. Petrolia is a small town though so I can see why they wouldn't be able to justify a larger store
Staff friendly and helpful but didn't carry item I was looking for.
Although a little on the expensive side for some products, the customer service, small town feel and overall convenience and experience is totally worth it. After a few visits, the main staff knows you by name, one never needs to search for anything, you walk in, say what you're looking for and a staff member takes you right to it. (Also impressive compared to certain Hardware stores where the typical response is "I'm not sure" or "try aisle..." which is rather annoying.) Lastly if a product is out of stock or not typically on the shelf with it being a smaller location, it'll be ordered in for you within days maximum from my experience (quicker and easier than ordering online into the store). Highly recommend this particular location.
